Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

School Districts have a responsibility to promptly and effectively respond to Title IX violations — taking action to eliminate offending conduct, prevent its recurrence, and address its effects.  This training will provide an overview of Title IX policy and procedures, protections against discrimination, and practical tips and strategies for handling Title IX complaints.

  • Investigation strategies – understanding the process, confronting witnesses, evaluating evidence

Who should attend: Title IX Coordinators, superintendents, school administrators, investigators, legal counsel, and anyone involved in the institutional response to Title IX sexual harassment and discrimination who are School District Members of the Trust’s Property/Liability Program.
